Well, you need to pay for your own Servers and a Database (if hosted on public url) and a Domain if you are hosting it online for public.

As long as you represent a NGO, we will help you wherever we can. Or you want to create something which will contribute for a greater cause.

Firstly the passion to contribute for people. And excellent IT skills would do it all.

That depends, you can invest any hour, any day. The more the better.

We are a NGO as well. So, No. But yes, we will provide you with a certificate for your time invested in a project on completion.
